InternationalThe foil and sabre timings are now official; Oceania (Zone) Championships are now FIE events and will attract world cup points, national colours must be worn (Fern emblem on both legs), clothing any colour except black, entries to ALL world cup events via FIE web site at least 15 days before event (can only be done by FeNZ), signing pool sheets no longer required as the will now announce the score at the end of each, black card penalty has  2 months exclusion (except for none presentation at piste)  ... and many other important and intersting bits and bobs.
