Nominations are hereby called for the Olympic Solidarity Coaching Course, to be held in Foil and Epee in Brisbane from the 19th to the 29th of September 2008.

The course will be presented by Maître Daniel Mouchet of France and the AFF National Epée Coach, Maître Vladimir Sher. Nominations are invited from high level coaches as the course will primarily be aimed at supporting the development of an Elite Coaching Network. The Course will be a 10 day intensive program in Epée or Foil Coaching. Applicants will agree to participate in their choice of one of the weapon specific courses for the entire 10 days.
Coaches participating in the course will be required to be accredited at Level 2 or higher. The exception to this will be Level 1coaches who have succesfully completed a Level 2 General Principles Course and wish to proceed to Level 2 in either foil or épée.
There is obviously a substantial cost involved with travel to Australia and applicants are advised that while the association will assist with these costs, there is no guarantee of how much of the costs will be covered.
