The FIE International B Grade Referee Exams this year are planned to be held in Wuxi, China from the 5th till 8th September 2025.
Fencing New Zealand is now seeking Expressions of Interest from our pool of referees currently of acting at National Events to attend this examination, you will be required to do both the theoretical and practical Exams for each weapon chosen. Note - It is no longer a requirement to hold a C Grade Licence to apply for a B Grade licence.
Priority will be given to those who have C Licences currently, and those who regularly referee at National Events.
Referees need to be aware that they are required to self-fund travel and accommodation costs.
