Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting will be held on Sunday 28th September 2025 at 7pm.
The meeting will be held Electronically via Teams, with link to be provided.
Purpose of the meeting is to adopt a new Constitution that complies with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.
No other business may be dealt with at this Special General Meeting.
Special Resolution:
That Fencing New Zealand's new constitution, as presented to this meeting and attached hereto, be adopted in its entirety in accordance with the requirements of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.
