Fencing New Zealand Annual General Meeting – Sunday 15th March 2026
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting for Fencing NZ will take place at 7pm on Sunday 15th March 2026 via video conference.
Elections will be held for the following Board positions. Nominations are now invited for this position and close on Sunday 2nd February 2026 at 7pm. (A reminder that all Board positions are on a voluntary basis)
- President (3-year term)
- Secretary General (3-year term)
Nominations for all positions shall be in writing via the Sporty form HERE and shall show the names, addresses of the candidate, proposer and seconder, all of whom must be current financial members of the Fencing NZ (2025). Each nomination submitted must be accompanied by brief background notes limited to not more than 200 words on the nominee and include a history of their involvement in Fencing New Zealand.
Forms should be completed by 7pm, Sunday 2nd February 2026.
Proposed Resolutions or Items of General Business
Members of Fencing NZ who have a resolution or an item of general business must complete the FORM HERE by 2nd February 2026.
